The Naked Truth

One day the truth went down to the lake for a morning swim. He took off his glorious white robes and jumped into the refreshing cool water. While the truth was swimming, a lie came along and saw the beautiful attire of the truth laying there in the grass.

The lie decided he’d take off his old stinky ragged garments and put on the truth’s beautiful clothing. So the lie stole the truth’s clothes. Can you imagine that?

A LIE DRESSED UP LIKE THE TRUTH! The lie went into town parading himself up and down the streets; A LIE DRESSED UP LIKE THE TRUTH. When the truth finished his morning swim and came up from the water, he saw that his clothes were missing.

He looked and there where his clothes once lay were the dirty dingy garments the lie had left behind. The truth had to make a decision.

The truth said to himself “I’ll just have to be what I am; THE NAKED TRUTH. Because I’d rather be naked than the TRUTH DRESSED UP LIKE A LIE.”

    • Good morning David !!

A poem for naked truth from Romeo Della Valle

      Faces passing by
Wishing they had not seen me
      Affectedly nodding
      And smiling-worried
      Mumbling conventional offerings
      Of salutation…

      I squirm trying
      To break the discomfort,
      Why do they pretend
      I even exist,
      If I cause such embarrassment?
      Guilty misunderstanding? …
      Only time can tell…

    • At school, Little Johnny was told by a classmate that most adults hide at least one dark secret – and this makes it very easy to blackmail them, merely by saying:

      “I know the whole truth.”

So Little Johnny decides to try it out. When he arrives home from school that day, he says to his mother, “I know the whole truth.”

His mother looks shocked, quickly finds $20, and gives it to him, saying, “Just don’t tell your father.”

Quite pleased, Little Johnny waits for his father to get home from work, and greets him with, “I know the whole truth.”

His father looks shocked, quickly finds $40, and gives it to him, saying, “Just don’t tell your mother.”

The next morning, Little Johnny is on his way to school when he sees the mailman at his front door. The boy decides to try again “I know the whole truth,” he asserts boldly.

The mailman drops his mailbag, throws opens his arms, and says: “Then come give your real daddy a great big hug!!!”

Have a nice day Beata!! Kisses!!!

    • Here’s a joke that we’ve found on the web that features a lie detector robot at the hands of 3 people.

A father, son and mother. Who’s lying and who’s telling the truth? You’ll find out 🙂 A man returns from work with a lie detector robot.

His 12 year old son comes home 3 hours late from school: – Where’ve you been all this time? asks the father.

      – I was in the library doing homework! The robot homes in on the son and slaps him… The father explains: – my son, this robot is a lie detector! You’d better tell the truth…

      – Ok, I was at a mate’s and we were watching a film: the 10 commandments. And whack! Another slap: – Ow! Actually, it was an erotic film…

      – I’m ashamed of you! At your age, I never lied to my parents! And whack!

The robot gives the father a slap… the mother laughs and says: He’s definitely your son!

And whack! And mom gets a slap…

      Kisses Laleh !!!!
